Reef Experience Family Tour

Reef Experience family tour is fantastic value with lots of great inclusions.

First, our bus transfers to get you from your accommodation to the Marlin Marina for departure.

Next, our BBQ bacon and egg breakfast burgers are a treat.

Then we will depart to the outer barrier reef and two unique reef locations.

Along the way sit back and enjoy our interactive Marine Biologist presentation.

When we get to our first reef location, enjoy snorkelling, scuba diving and a glass-bottom boat tour.

Here you will see why the Great Barrier Reef is one of the world’s seven natural wonders.

Next, we will serve a BBQ lunch with lots of delicious fresh salads while we cruise to our next reef location.

At this reef, you can snorkel and scuba dive and do a marine biologist tour.

After that we will serve a glass of wine for Mum and Dad and a cordial for the kids.  Sith some cheese and biscuits and tropical fruit as we cruise back to Cairns.

The day is packed with activities for the whole family to enjoy.

There’s something for everyone in the family, from grandparents to toddlers.

A Great Family Outing at an Unbeatable Price!

Important Information

Scuba diving information

We have a passion for showing you Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, so please make sure you understand the scuba diving laws.

Queensland, Australia, has the strictest scuba diving rules globally and the safest scuba diving record.   We are regulated by the Queensland Government Code of Practice and comply with all regulations, including medical law.

To avoid disappointment on your day of travel, we recommend that all of our passengers complete our dive medical questionnaire.  Some medical conditions, age, and medications may prevent you from scuba diving.   Our mission is to provide our passengers with the very best Great Barrier Reef experience.

Reef Experience Medical Questionnaire

We are delighted to help you with any questions you may have.   Please contact our office on 07 4037 2700 or send us an email.

Alternatively, you may like to consult your Doctor for a Dive Medical using the Australian Standard Forms’ AS.4005.1

Flying after Scuba Diving

For a single no decompression scuba dive, you should not fly or go to altitude for at least 18 hours after a scuba dive.  You should not fly for 24 hours after your last dive for multiple dives.
If Skydiving or Hot Air Ballooning, you must wait 24 hours after your dive.
We recommend waiting a minimum of 24 hours whenever possible.
